Existing Customers

We keep a limited amount of personal information, such as your name, home or business postal address, telephone and email. In addition we will keep a record of dates for renewals, service schedules and installation dates. Test certificates and engineers documentation is filed at our Head Office.

We use your information for delivery of service, installation of your alarm and administrative processes including credit control, reminders for works and general administration.

If you are an owner of the HomeControl+ Security system and cameras, your information will be shared with Pyronix. The PyronixCloud acts as the gateway between the Enforcer HomeControl+ Panel and the HomeControl+ app.
